Savouring my last bowl of chinese borscht, I waited in anticipation for what the year 2008 might bring - much like what the drunken chicken in the steaming wok (I was attempting to make) might turn out to be in awhile.
It’s been a trying year, but I’m pretty sure it’s a fruitful year ahead brimming with interesting adventures.
Life might have given me lemons for the past 12 months, but I am gonna learn how to turn them into lemonade
