This is really what breakfast/ brunch should be like – hearty, warm, pleasing to the eyes, perfectly executed and absolutely scrumptious. An unexpected find at 230 Palmer Street, Darlinghurst, 2010 NSW. It was a chilly and drizzly morning in Sydney and I was glad that I had a yummy Focaccia Con Salsiccia (Focaccia with pork and fennel sausage, fried egg and onion jam) with a cup of freshly brewed latte to start my day.
