Passito at Coffele

Coffele air-dries their grapes meant for the Recioto di Soave. The shriveled Garganega (that I tasted) was really sweet, but not cloyingly so after they have been vinified (at least at Coffele, they aren’t) 😛 Why buy d’Yquem when you can get these at a fraction of the price? One of the experimental bottles made by the winemaker tasted like ripe ciku! Nice.
