Honestly, my progress with the Viticulture revision has been somewhat slow and painful. Hopefully I’ll be able to regurgitate what I’ve tried to remember at the exam hall tomorrow. This bottle of Chianti screams Sangiovese, albeit a pretty ripe one. Plenty of blueberries, dark ripe cherries and oak flavours. Hardly single dimensional by any means but not one for meditation either. Well made and enjoyable with its lively acidity (I was specifically looking for it) that is just so vino!
