Simple Pasta for a Sunny Sunday Lunch

Pasta with Portobello, Parmiggiano and Parsley by mengteck

Pretty straight-forward: Fry the sliced portobello in olive oil + butter with some minced garlic. Then, toss the cooked pasta (whatever you desire – get this started when you start frying the mushrooms) into the pan and add the grated parmiggiano and chopped parsley in the end. Served this with the remaining Riesling – not the best pairing BUT it’s a Sunday you know đŸ™‚
