Singing Along

You know what’s really beautiful? When there are no colour, race, religion or cultural differences in the way we view the world – just friendship and companionship with plenty of wines and tidbits thrown in. Oh, and the loud singing and roasting in the sun too.

Domaine Anne Gros Bourgogne 2006

Anne Gros Bourgogne 2006Clear light ruby-garnet core; early signs of a bricking rim. Perfumed; lifted aromas of dried cherries, cranberries and vanilla. Tart cherries, dried red fruits, dried mandarin peel on the palate. Delicate. Medium to medium+ acid; medium to medium- length. A slight bitter finish but otherwise ripe tannin structure. Drinking quite well! Not the cheapest Bourgogne around but sometimes it may be worth spending the extra penny. Far more approachable than this đŸ™‚
