Light straw core with a clear meniscus. Floral, white flowers, fresh lime peel and a touch of white pepper on the nose. Off-dry to medium sweet, ripe limes, and fresh apricots. Juicy. Medium acidity; medium-minus finish. Not a very complex Riesling (at present) given its young age but quite pleasurable. Sugar/acid balance is there as it wasn’t cloyingly sweet and still left my palate feeling clean after a few sips. Quite Mosel-like – at least I thought so.
