Bright lemon-yellow core with a slight greenish hue; cream, vanilla, oak, fresh lemon peel and high mineral tones; nutty, vanilla, minerals, lemon, malo on the palate. Medium to medium-plus acidity; medium-plus finish. Quite chablis like. Sulphides content still pretty high even after 3 years of bottle aging. A well-made and affordable chardonnay. I just wasn’t sure if I could finish the whole bottle on my own. Not exactly a straight-forward wine for food pairing.
