Very interesting and exceptionally good. I couldn’t identify what was in the glass (during the tasting) but it was so beautiful on the nose and the palate that I’d abandon a prestigious Pinot Noir based Champagne for this without batting an eyelid. The amazing thing is the winemaker didn’t add any SO2 to his wines and they survived the challenging journey from France to Singapore. You can read more about him here.
