braised rabbit provencaleAs much as I want to love this dish, I really can’t. The lapin was a tad too salty and I had a “something-is-kinda-amiss-but-can’t-quite-figure-out-what” moment ? Otherwise, the meat was cooked perfectly and the sauce was not that bad. At least I was hungry enough to finish everything on the plate and mopped up the plate with the baguette provided. The hors d’oeuvres platter had a good combination but not every item was excellent, and will need some serious tweaking to make it really memorable.Have to revisit this place again when I’m back from my stint in EU and provide them (a good friend actually) with some brutally honest feedback. But to be fair to them, the restaurant is still pretty new…la.
