they really know how to handle seafood here as the Sole was perfectly grilled. And yes, of course I picked on the bones and ate the head as well (being Chinese, you know?). My starter of grilled green peppers was just ok but the grilled squid that AAK had was better than the version that we tried in Porto a couple of days ago. It was my first time sipping Rafael Palacios’ As Sortes Godello and it left a very very good impression. The Substance (disgorged in October 2008) was as delicious as the ones I have tried so far (mostly disgorged in 2005 and 2006) – I just don’t agree with the merchants in Singapore selling them at ridiculously high prices when you could get a bottle here in a somewhat fancy restaurants for half the price?
