Quite a yummy bowl of Ramen by Sanji at Tanjong Pagar. The firm, slightly curly noodles, sesame infused broth, large sheet of seaweed, well cooked tamago and generous slivers of scallions (hidden underneath the char siu) ticked all the right boxes. The slices of roast pork may not be as charred as I hoped they would be but hey, there were quite a few thick slices of them – neither too fatty nor too lean. I basically finished the whole bowl in a jiffy and there was not a single drop of broth left. I guess with this, I should really join the queue at their neighbour’s at some point to check out what the fuss is all about, as and when I have the patience to wait.
